Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve targets.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain the Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
