Job summary

Allstate Insurance-Jason Rounds Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build relationships, help customers protect what matters most, and grow a career in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

You will develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up, while consulting with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending auto, home, life, and other solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to build trust and develop relationships with customers.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus—but not required.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs.
