Allstate Exclusive Agency Staff is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local Allstate agency by building relationships and protecting what matters most for families in the community.

You’ll gain comprehensive training, earn base pay plus uncapped commissions, and have opportunities for bonuses. Licensing support is provided to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses, with a path to career advancement.

Qualifications

• Interest in a sales career; no insurance experience required, we’ll help you get licensed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow through with customers.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.
