Job summary

The Valley of the Sun Agency seeks an experienced insurance agent to grow customer portfolios and forge strong relationships. You will promote Living Benefit Life Insurance, tailor plans, and gather client risk profiles to identify suitable contracts.

This role emphasizes a personal approach and earning potential. You will develop strategies for new contracts, manage updates to existing policies, and maintain client records to support ongoing service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Some experience with accounting or sales lead software beneficial.
• Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of the insurance industry, products, risk management profiles, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Continue education on evolving insurance industry protocols to fulfill policy requirements and monitor claims to customers’ satisfaction.
• Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related tools current to report progress to sales quotas.
• Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies for their profiles.
• Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing sales strategies that cultivate loyalty.
• Set meetings with new and potential clients to tailor insurance plan options to individual circumstances.
