Walter Casanas State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated Account Representative to grow our client base by building meaningful relationships and advising on insurance solutions. You will quote Auto, Life, Home, and Renters coverages tailored to customer needs, while diligently documenting every interaction in the agency system.

Ideal candidates are sales-minded, dependable, and able to work well within a collaborative team, with licensing in Personal Lines and Life Insurance in New Jersey.

Competenze

• Must be licensed in Personal Lines and Life insurance in New Jersey.
• Confident, professional communicator with outbound sales experience.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and able to follow established agency systems.

Mansioni

• Contact prospective customers and respond promptly to new leads.
• Quote and present Auto, Life, Home, Renters and other insurance products based on customer needs.
• Follow the agency's sales process and document interactions in the agency system.
• Work as a team to support opportunities and help reach agency goals.
• Participate in team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
