As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, you will engage with prospects, manage license requirements, and collaborate with a team to reach office goals.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses required; agency covers coursework but licensed before start.
• Confident, professional communicator who can outbound call and present insurance solutions.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and able to follow established agency systems.
• Dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up and documentation.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and respond promptly to new leads.
• Quote and present Auto, Life, Home, Renters and other insurance products based on customer needs.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and move opportunities toward a decision.
• Accurately document every customer interaction, follow-up, and lead status in the agency system.
• Follow the agency's established sales process.
• Work as a team - support shared opportunities, assist teammates when needed, and help the office reach its overall goals.
• Participate in team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
