Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license preferred; training and licensing cost covered if not held.
• Life & Health license preferred; training covered if not held.
• Sales experience or client-facing background required.
• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability and ethics.
• Must be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
• Develop new financial service opportunities with existing and new clients.
