Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to lead in-person, B2B insurance sales in your local community while mentoring new teammates. You’ll balance autonomy with team connection, build lasting client relationships, and work in a supportive, purpose-driven culture.

As an independent contractor, you can expect uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a leadership growth path that emphasizes training and development, with licensing support where needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally - no pushy tactics needed.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain - licensing support and reimbursement provided).
