Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain Tennessee health and life insurance license.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Commitment to commission-based earning.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with individuals and families throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
• Learn about clients’ healthcare, insurance and retirement concerns.
• Explain available solutions clearly and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Help clients complete applications and navigate enrollment.
• Develop new relationships through company-supported opportunities and referrals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients and provide ongoing service.
• Participate in training, coaching and team meetings in our Nashville office.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all company and regulatory requirements.
• Build a client base and a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.
