AAA The Auto Club Group in Cedar Rapids is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales role to own the sale and ongoing service of insurance and financial products. Build relationships, generate referrals, and drive business through community engagement.

You will operate in a fast-paced branch with base pay plus incentives, ramp-up support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and licensing assistance are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk and quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prospect and engage in local events to expand referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
