We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance products and seek motivated, coachable individuals with active TX licenses to drive sales and build lasting client relationships in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or client-facing background is a plus.
• Active Texas Property and Casualty license required.
• Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be ethical, dependable and coachable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Communicate with hot leads and follow up with clients as needed.
• Establish client relationships and nurture ongoing service.
• Understand prospect needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain a current customer database.
• Explain the benefits of services and monitor competitors.
• Work toward high sales targets within a competitive team.
