Job summary

Chavez Insurance Agency, Inc in Florida is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join as a full-time team member. You will work under the Allstate brand while serving the local community, leveraging leads and referrals to build a strong book of business.

You will identify client needs, present suitable coverage, and aim to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, office-based role. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to sell insurance in Florida.
• Active Florida 220 General Lines or 2044 Personal Lines.
• Preferred: previous insurance sales or agency experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, with strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients from agency leads, referrals, and other sources.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.
• Develop new business and consistently work toward established sales goals.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify changing client needs and additional coverage opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Educate clients about their coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate client information and stay organized throughout the sales process.
• Proactively pursue opportunities to grow your book of business.
• Work independently while contributing to the overall success of the agency team.
