Job summary

Confie is hiring a Store Manager in Rockford, IL to lead the store's sales team and drive performance. The role offers a sign-on bonus opportunity and uncapped commissions with comprehensive training and mentorship.

You will mentor others, build relationships with customers, and ensure high standards of service while achieving store targets and operating excellence.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams.
• Understanding fiduciary duty and high integrity.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales teams daily performance and/or targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach sales team to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Oversee sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
