Job summary

Confie, and its family of companies, is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and a pay range of $40,000–$50,000 per year. The role features unlimited/uncapped commissions, inbound leads, and comprehensive training.

You will solicit new business, expand relationships, and ensure deposits are recorded and documented in the agency system.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Personal Lines license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises the customer on which products best fit their needs.

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
