Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers in a high-volume environment.

You'll earn a base salary of $40,000-$50,000 per year plus unlimited commissions, training, licensing support, and incentives, with a focus on building relationships, meeting sales goals, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs
