Confie, a leading group of insurance brands, is seeking a Store Manager in Kenner, LA. You will drive the store's sales performance, mentor a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional customer service while building relationships with existing clients.

On-site position offering competitive base pay with monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and bonus incentives. Prior leadership in sales, plus strong communication, will help you excel and advance within a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Proactively build relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver a high standard of customer care.
• Oversee sales to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Address escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
