What This Role Looks Like

Work from home using our training, tools, and support to guide clients through simple insurance options. We will assist you through licensing and making your first sales.

Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities

• Work with pre-screened, FTC-compliant leads (no cold calling)
• Book short calls via phone or Zoom with clients
• Learn and share a simple presentation
• Listen to client needs and recommend suitable coverage
• Submit applications and follow up
• Maintain ongoing client relationships

Compensation & Details

• 100% commission (1099 contractor). Start part-time or full-time.
• Weekly income: $500–$1,000 part-time, $3,000–$5,000+ full-time
• Additional bonuses, renewals, team overrides, and long-term earning potential
• Mentorship provided—never work alone
