Devine Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer to drive direct, B2B insurance solutions for local employers. You will work as an independent contractor, earning base draw, uncapped commissions, and bonuses while training future sales talent.

You will build meaningful relationships with business clients, coach teams in best practices, and lead by example in service-oriented work that protects families and companies in our community.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of sales work experience with a track record of excellence.
• Experience as a coach, educator, or mentor is a plus.
• Demonstrates integrity, service orientation, and high care standards.
