Summary:

Huntington Insurance is looking for a Goal-Oriented Insurance Sales Executive who can bring passion and tenacity to the Personal Home and Auto Insurance industry.The Insurance Sales Exec - Personal Lines is a commissioned sales position offers a three-year income transition plan to help kick-start career development.A qualified candidate must be capable of pursuing and closing sales in Personal Home and Auto Insurance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing profitable insurance relationships with high-net-worth customers
  • Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external sources to identify potential customers for insurance products and services.
  • Achieving positive year over yearbook growth through acquisition of new insurance customers.
  • Analyzing, preparing and advising on comprehensive personal insurance proposals in insurance.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition for both the product and organization to potential and existing consumers,
  • Build relationships with bank partners for cross sell opportunities.
  • Adhere to the calendar year sales and marketing plan mutually agreed to and monitored by Huntington Insurance Management.
  • Attend all sales meetings, sales strategy sessions and company functions as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of Property and Casualty experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high-net-worth business development
  • P&C License


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Abides by all state and federal regulations and Bank policies regarding business conduct
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Will exude enthusiasm and confidence in both internal and external relationships to the agency
  • Effective at multi-tasking
  • Proven track-record of meeting production goals

Compensation Range:

$52,000.00 - 76,500.00 - 101,000.00 USD Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
