Job summary

Bearingstar Insurance, part of the Arbella Insurance Group, is expanding its sales team in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The role offers a base to commission-based pay structure with a starting range of roughly $45,000–$50,000, and potential total earnings of $65,000+ in year one through commissions.

Training and license assistance are provided. We value candidates with strong community ties and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; successful candidates come from diverse backgrounds.
• Insurance industry sales a plus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license through company training.

Responsibilities

• Sell property & casualty insurance products to clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through phone/field activity.
• Participate in training programs and license coursework.
