Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in related host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)
• Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma
• Graduation anticipated Spring 2027, December 2027, or Spring 2028

Responsabilités

• Split time between field shadowing with producers and staff and project-based work supporting sales, service, and risk management
• Audit client data and support cross-sell initiatives and outreach strategies
• Contribute to marketing efforts through mail campaigns and targeted lists for luxury homeowners
• Engage in prospective client research and direct outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Coordinate with carrier partners to audit claims contact info and generate quotes
• Attend department and carrier meetings to learn about agency operations
• Pursue self-paced learning and professional development in the insurance industry
