Qualifications

• Must have STATE FARM experience.
• Must have Property & Casualty license.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email and text.
• Life, Health & Annuities license acquired within first month of employment.
• Bilingual Tagalog preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Drive sales and build client relationships to meet agency goals.
• Provide quality service to current and future clients.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
