The pay range for a Sales Agent is $12.50-$15.87+ / hourly.

Our compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

What You Will Do:

  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to expand business.
  • Accurately handle transactions and timely deposit of funds with documentation.
  • Educate and advise customers on suitable products, leveraging client relationships.

The Perfect Match:

  • Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively.
  • Ambitious, professional, motivated by advancement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
