A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Field Insurance Agent I

The Auto Club Group is seeking a prospective Field Insurance Agent I responsible for selling and servicing insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch. Responsibilities include:

  1. Using sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate sales.
  2. Overcoming objections to close sales and retain insureds.
  3. Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Conducting insurance reviews and recommending suitable products.
  5. Participating in local events to solicit new business.
  6. Building rapport to establish customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Responding to customer inquiries related to insurance, membership, and financial products.
  8. Referring members to other lines of business as appropriate.
Compensation and Benefits

Average earnings range from $57,000 to $87,000+ annually, including base pay, commissions, and bonuses. Additional pay incentives and bonuses are available.

Qualifications
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
  • Current Life & Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 90 days
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
