Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Ohio seeks Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and offer personal lines, small business and life insurance products. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in Delaware, OH; 2 days in Marion, OH; and 1 day from home.

The base compensation is $45,000 per year, with uncapped commission and forecasted first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000. Top performers may qualify for annual sales trips and other incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, lenders, car dealers, repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals.

There is no baseline requirement for commission eligibility. Commission is earned beginning with the first policy sold. Please Note: This is an a hybrid position. You will be working 2 days a week out of our Delaware, OH office, 2 days a week out of our Marion, OH office and 1 day a week from home.

• Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $60,000 - $85,000 in the first year.

The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agents are:

• Must be able to develop your own leads through referral sources, including, but not limited to; realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred
