Job summary

TrueCut Insurance LLC is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our independent Property & Casualty agency in Buffalo, NY. This role focuses on handling inbound calls, providing personalized insurance quotes, and closing new business over the phone.

You will work a 12:30 PM–9:00 PM shift, enjoy a base salary with monthly bonuses, and benefit from comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
