Job summary

Fortegra is seeking individuals for a Life and Health Insurance Inside Sales Agent position in Beaverton, Oregon. This full-time role involves selling insurance solutions over the phone, consulting with clients, and offering expert advice.

Earn competitive commissions with a first-year earning potential of $65k - $75k and uncapped opportunities beyond that. A background in sales or call center is preferred, and we provide comprehensive training and pay for licensing costs.

• 100% insides sales position with unlimited leads

Not licensed? No problem, we will provide you a career path with a realistic time frame for becoming a licensed agent and a top producer. We pay all licensing costs, all commissions are uncapped, and sales leads are unlimited! The only limit is your level of motivation. You bring your phone and sales skills, we provide the rest!

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

• Our hours of operation are M-F 8am - 5pm

Additional Information

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission. First year earnings from $65k to $75k/yr average. Second year and beyond earnings $75k + all commissions are uncapped and sales leads are unlimited.

We provide a full benefit package including group health insurance, dental, 401(k), paid holiday schedule and PTO days. All Inside Sales Agents are eligible for weekly/monthly bonuses based on achievement! Fortegra is a drug free work place; drug testing and a background check are mandatory for all our positions.
