Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage an independent insurance agency.
2. Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
3. Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
5. Promote our comprehensive range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
6. Achieve sales targets and grow the agency's market presence.

Compensation:

Competitive commission-based compensation with potential annual earnings between $117,200 and $281,139.
