Dick Hannah Insurance Agency in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a goal-oriented, enthusiastic Full Time Producer / LSP to help sell our insurance products and services. You’ll use your communication and customer service skills to deliver the best experience for clients, with licensing support and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred; licensing assistance available.
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and explain insurance policies tailored to client needs.
• Acquire new clients while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and cross-sell additional products.
• Build strong, lasting relationships to maintain high client loyalty.
• Meet sales performance goals ($20,000/month in new business premium on average).
• Maintain compliance with underwriting and industry regulations.
