Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of progressive experience, or 5 years in lieu of education.
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, claims processing, and underwriting.
• Experience reviewing Certificates of Insurance and related documents.
• Strong attention to detail for technical or compliance documents.
• Experience with risk management or insurance systems.
• Proficiency with Excel to track and manage data in high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance program administration and risk data analysis.
• Coordinate claims reporting and support underwriting onboarding.
• Maintain insurance documentation and cooperate with brokers and insurers.
• Prepare loss data for actuarial analysis, renewals, and reporting.
• Collaborate across departments and maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability.
