Qualifications

• Must possess Indiana Property & Casualty License.
• Must possess Indiana Life & Health License.
• Registered Rep licensing is a bonus and can be supported.

Responsibilities

• Consult & Protect: discuss needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
• Drive New Business: focus on new household acquisition with provided leads and referrals.
• Hit Daily Targets: quote a minimum of 3 new households daily.
• Tech-Forward Selling: use Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting tools to manage pipeline.
