Conning is a leading global investment management firm with a long history of serving the insurance industry. The analyst will conduct research, serve as primary and / or secondary author on written reports, and help prepare publications and presentations for delivery.

You will analyze industry trends, contribute to publications and strategic studies, and support consulting projects. A bachelor’s degree in business, actuarial science, economics, accounting, finance or related fields is required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• 2–8 years of experience in related field including insurance company operations, actuarial, consulting, strategic planning / business development, banking, or equity / credit research.
• Knowledge of insurance products and technology, distribution, customer service, and economic drivers shaping the business.

Responsabilités

• Research to help drive the team’s publications and industry knowledge.
• Contribute to publications including industry forecast and market overviews, shorter articles relating to research topics and in-depth strategic studies on industry segments or strategic issues.
• Participate in team projects including consulting opportunities.
• Develop contacts and identify opportunities for Conning to increase its exposure and sales in the insurance sector.
• Guide support staff associates in the performance of their assignments.
