Conning & Company is seeking a high-impact team member to support our Insurance Research and Solutions platform, working closely with senior leaders across insurance research and client engagement. This role offers broad exposure to Conning’s intellectual capital, strategic priorities, and cross-team collaboration, with the opportunity to shape direction and drive execution toward leadership.

Formación

• 7–15 years of experience in institutional investment management or financial services.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-performance, intellectually rigorous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and advance the strategic roadmap for Insurance Research & Solutions.
• Formalize business reporting (financial, pipeline, client management) and support KPI reporting.
• Supervise and improve workflow for publication and commercialization efforts of the team's capabilities.
• Prepare materials to enhance internal communication and alignment among team leaders and members.
• Oversee execution of contracts, renewal management, and client billing.
• Coordinate engagement campaigns with internal and external clients.
• Drive operational discipline across research production, solution development, and client delivery.
• Identify opportunities to scale content and insights across client segments.
