Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal services to insurance industry clients on regulatory filings, approvals, and day-to-day compliance.
• Develop knowledge of state and federal insurance laws, rules, and regulatory processes.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the insurance sector.
• Draft agreements, regulatory filings, and policies; engage with insurance regulators as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver practical, timely solutions.
