Job summary

Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level litigation associate with at least five years of insurance recovery and/or coverage experience for our Florida and Century City offices. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and be able to work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Florida or California Bar required; prior law firm experience preferred.

Job description

Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level litigation associate for our Florida and Century City offices with a minimum of 5 years of insurance recovery and/or coverage experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and must be able to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-recognized, fast-growing, national insurance recovery practice group that includes a large sports insurance component (representing professional athletes, teams, and leagues), several large institutional and public entity clients, as well as representing individual clients in a myriad of insurance claims and cases. Hybrid role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Law firm experience and Florida or California Bar required.
