Job summary

Go Rentals, a premier luxury rental car company, seeks an Insurance Specialist in Newport Beach, CA. You will administer and manage Auto, GL, Umbrella policies, coordinate renewals, and ensure COIs are current, while supporting claims and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance administration, operations support, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Auto, GL, Umbrella, EPLI, E&O, and business/commercial insurance lines.
• Experience working with insurance brokers and carriers in an operations setting.

Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: Manage and maintain active insurance policies for Auto, GL, Umbrella, and business lines.
• Claims Management: Serve as the first point of contact for reporting, tracking, and resolving claims.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with insurance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal teams to align programs with business objectives.
