Job summary

Sentry Insurance is seeking a dedicated professional to administer specialty insurance programs and service insureds. The role is based at the Sentry Home Office in Stevens Point, WI, operating in a hybrid model with no remote option.

You will respond to calls on coverage and billing, manage agent relations, prepare John Deere program reports, balance finances for UltraGard and Floater lines, and perform underwriting duties for renewals and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• P&C license required; experience with commercial lines underwriting is desirable.
• Ability to interpret and apply commercial insurance concepts and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls on coverage, quotes, policy changes, cancellations, and billing questions.
• Maintain agent appointments and generate agent commission reports.
• Create, analyze and distribute statistical spreadsheets for John Deere programs.
• Support dealer programs by monitoring systems and collaborating with relevant teams.
• Reconcile financials between John Deere Financial and Sentry for UltraGard and Floater programs.
• Complete underwriting tasks for new policies, renewals, changes and cancellations.
• Attend related trade shows or industry events.
• Serve as a point of contact for business processes related to the program.
