Placements24 is seeking an innovative Insurance Product Developer to join a forward-thinking team, ideally based near Paarl. This role focuses on conceptualizing, designing, and launching new insurance products and enhancing existing ones to meet market demand and customer needs.

You will conduct market research, analyze competitors, and collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, marketing, and sales teams to ensure products are competitive, profitable, and compliant.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance product development, management, or related role.
Strong understanding of insurance principles, markets, and product lifecycles.
