What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, prepare, and interpret statistical analyses of sales, claims experience, or other key business metrics to support strategic decisions
- Present analysis and proposals to various stakeholder groups to address mid to high-level business problems
- Employ basic statistical techniques to model various underwriting and pricing business practices
- Collaborate with peers and management while working closely with partners in other areas of the business unit
- Communicate across departments to ensure company success and inform critical business decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or other relevant quantitative field OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field with prior experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of analytical experience in insurance or a similar field
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with data analysis software like R, SAS, Python, or Power BI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in auto insurance is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity to learn and the ability to ask insightful questions
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities while providing accurate and timely results
