Job summary

Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators protect their families' financial futures. You control earnings with an uncapped commission structure, supported by comprehensive training and a multi-line product portfolio.

In this field-based role you will network at events, present to groups, and build relationships within local communities while pursuing licensing in Life & Health and Property & Casualty. In-person, office, and field work settings apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain resident state General Lines licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for one-on-one and large groups.
• Experience in events networking and community outreach.
