Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators protect their financial futures. You dictate earnings with unlimited commissions, receive comprehensive training, and access a multi-line product portfolio tailored for educators.

The role involves in‑person and field work, building relationships through events and community outreach, and staying current with licensing requirements such as Life & Health and Property & Casualty.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling financial or insurance products to educators is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex products clearly to diverse clients.
• Active licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty are advantageous.
