Job summary

Horace Mann, a national multi-line insurer serving educators, is seeking an Insurance Producer in the Durham, NC area. You’ll drive your earnings with uncapped commissions, participate in comprehensive training, and work directly with educators to protect their futures.

This role supports in-person and field work, with incentives, a streamlined product suite, and strong earning potential through 36-month incentives and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications
