A-MAX Insurance in Long Beach, CA, is hiring for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent. The role combines new policy sales, policy edits, renewals and client service with a strong customer focus.

You will receive licensing support and ongoing training. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred; CA Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license required. In-office position with competitive hourly pay and uncapped commission up to 55%.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
