Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is hiring in-office Insurance Sales Agents in California. You will assist customers with new policies, edits, renewals and payments, while developing a client base through community networking and marketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals, coordinating with underwriting.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
