Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client phone calls professionally
• Process insurance data accurately and efficiently
• Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
• Provide backup support for customer service activities
• Assist associates with quoting and policy support

You'll work closely with our team by processing insurance information, assisting with service requests, supporting quoting activities, and identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.
