Job summary

ProMD Medical Billing in Miami, FL is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist to post insurance and patient payments into EMR/PM systems. This on-site, full-time role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, and experience with EOBs/ERAs.

You will balance daily figures, review payments, and assist with adjustments while supporting a team focused on accuracy and timely processing. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including

Post manual & electronic payments accurately.
Review EOBs and ERAs.
