Responsibilities

• Act as P&C Insurance Domain SME for Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Provide functional expertise across New Business, Quote, Underwriting, Rating, Bind, Policy Issuance, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations.
• Translate business needs into Functional Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules, Process Flows, Data & Integration Requirements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
• Support Functional Testing, UAT, Defect Analysis, and Implementation; use AI tools to prototype workflows.

We are looking for an experienced P&C Insurance Business Analyst & Domain Expert with strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Insurance, preferably in Directors & Officers (D&O) and/or Marine Cargo.

The ideal candidate should combine deep insurance domain expertise with strong Business Analysis capabilities and work closely with Underwriters, Brokers, Product Owners, Operations, and Technology teams.

The candidate should also be familiar with Generative AI and AI-assisted application development tools and be comfortable using them to convert business requirements into prototypes, workflows, and application concepts.

Key Responsibilities
