State Farm is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our Jamison, PA team on a part-time basis. You will expand our client base and promote insurance products via outbound calls, following scripts while engaging prospects.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, basic CRM familiarity, and a collaborative spirit. Flexible scheduling and performance-based bonuses are offered to reward results and support professional growth.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Maintain accurate notes and track call activity and appointment results.
• Consistently meet outbound call and appointment targets.
