Sherry Dennard - State Farm Agent seeks a part-time Insurance Telemarketer to support agency growth through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

You will generate interest, identify insurance needs, gather accurate prospect information, and schedule qualified appointments for licensed team members, while meeting daily activity goals and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using agency-provided leads.
• Contact existing customers for account reviews and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify potential needs for auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed team members.
• Complete warm transfers to licensed team members when appropriate.
• Ask effective qualifying questions and document information.
• Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation.
• Maintain records of calls, contacts, outcomes, and appointments.
• Meet established daily and weekly activity and appointment goals.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.
