We are pleased to inform you that InsuranceMarket.ae is currently hiring for the position of Operations Support Executive. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong aptitude for organization, operational efficiency, and client support.


As an Operations Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing key administrative tasks, preparing precise quotations, and providing essential support to our Sales Advisors, ensuring seamless workflow processes and a superior client experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to match the Advisors' strategy on each insurance inquiry in a prompt manner

Navigate through portals with ease and efficiency to generate and procure terms

Provide any administrative support on reports, email the customer with documents, and follow the company's workflow process

Assist the Sales Advisor with preparing reports, follow-ups, and maintaining documentation

Collects, reviews, and follows up on client information and documents by attending to or making telephone calls; and verifying information & assigning leads.

Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

Informs clients by assisting with the after-confirmation process and application procedures.


Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience in insurance, specifically in General Insurance, Employee Benefits, Health Insurance, and Motor Insurance.

Proven customer service expertise in handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Proficient in administrative duties, record-keeping, and adhering to workflow processes with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing quotations, emailing clients, and collaborating with teams.
